Prepress is the bridge between the initial design concept and the final print. This phase involves perfecting the design for production – adjusting colors, ensuring correct layouts, optimizing image resolutions, and creating printing plates.

At Jet Packaging, all prepress is managed in house by our graphic experts utilizing a fully integrated digital workflow:

• Files are accepted in a variety of media to include email or FTP
• We have the ability to provide you with templates and to make changes to your design as requested
• PDF proofs and target proofs are provided for final customer approval
• High resolution digital plates are produced in house utilizing state of the art technology to gain higher ink densities, cleaner reverse type, and minimize dot gain for greater consistency when printing fine screens and process images
